Instructions
  1. Combine all dressing ingredients in a small blender and mix until you notice the ginger pieces have almost disappeared.
  2. Thinly slice cabbage, or use a madeline for extra thin shreds.
  3. Combine all salad ingredients in a large bowl. You can make this salad a day ahead, as long as it stays in the fridge. When ready to eat, pour the desired amount of dressing over the salad and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and fresh cilantro.
